Thank you so much for patiently answering all my questions. I want to share how smooth and effortless the process was in booking a stay at the Moon Palace The Grand using your membership. After I sent all the necessary information, I received a secure email from the resort for payment. Once I completed the payment, I quickly reached out to the Murders Family to confirm everything was in order on my end. Less than five minutes later, I received my reservation code and was able to view my reservation on the Palace Resort app. I also saw the $1,500 resort credit and all other benefits I was promised.To anyone feeling hesitant, I kindly recommend checking out the Murders Family Palace Resort referrals and reviews.
